## Navigating the Tech Industry: Panel of Women Leaders

Join OKWIT and SheCodesOKC for a joint professional development event featuring a panel of women leaders who've built impactful careers in tech. Whether you're just starting out, pivoting into the industry, or looking to level up, this is a chance to hear candid stories, hard-won lessons, and practical insights from women who've navigated the path themselves.
Expect real talk on career growth, leadership, overcoming challenges, and building a network that lasts. Come with your questions — there'll be plenty of time to engage with the panel.
Location: Metro Tech Downtown Business Campus, Corporate Tower — 1st floor (next to the FedEx office)
Parking: Several public parking garages are available near the downtown campus.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event. We may also host a pre- or post-event cocktail hour at a nearby bar — stay tuned for details!

Panel speakers:

Elizabeth Hamlin brings a background of over 8 years in HR and recruiting both in agencies and in-house. Her last 5 years have centered around technical roles, with a large focus on hiring IT & engineering experts.

Elizabeth has been a guest speaker at organizations such as OSU-OKC’s Center for Social Innovation, OU’s athletic programs, and SidexSide to provide guidance on navigating the job search process.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spoiling her cats, attending community events, and finding bingo games at local bars.

Joan Stanolis serves as the Chief Executive Officer and cofounder of Critical Fault, a physical and cybersecurity company in Edmond. She creates policies that promote a cohesive company culture and vision. She provides valuable leadership and focuses on maintaining relationships, growth, and networking for the company.

Joan additionally serves as the Cybersecurity and Network Instructor at Francis Tuttle Technology Center - Danforth Campus. She has a Master of Business Administration and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education.

Her first passion is teaching; she takes every opportunity to speak, present, and advocate for students & other often overlooked individuals.

Snigdha Alathur is a Data and Analytics Engineering leader with 13+ years of experience across gaming, energy, and banking and finance, turning complex, fragmented data into scalable platforms that drive real decisions. Currently pursuing a PhD at the intersection of data science, AI, and computational neuroscience.

Sara Graybill is a Native American web developer and the founder of Graybill Codeworks, a developer-led agency specializing in reliable, modern website solutions. She partners with agencies and tribal organizations across the country, bringing clarity and calm to complex digital projects. Known for clean code and straightforward communication, Sara is passionate about building better systems—and better experiences—for teams navigating the tech world.
