A shamanic journey is a meditative experience that helps participants connect with their inner wisdom and spiritual guides. Using rhythmic sounds, such as drumming or rattling, the journey invites you into a deeply relaxed state where insight, healing, and clarity can unfold.

Sound healing through a sound bath uses instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes to create vibrations that support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

What to bring*:

1. Yoga mat
2. Blanket, pillow, and anything else to keep you comfortable
3. Journal (if you have one)
4. Water bottle
