Fair brook convention

Please note - this is a technical walk including a grade 1 scramble, so not suitable for novices unless you are competent and confident in your ability.

Full description:
A circular route scrambling up and down the brooks on the north side of Kinder Scout. We will start up the snake path before going cross-country to head up nether red brook, which should provide some good scrambling over the rocks. At the top we then head east along the edge of Kinder with views of Bleaklow and interesting rock formations. We then head down fair brook with a stream and multiple pools to cool of in if you wish. Then back to the cars alongside snake pass.

Note. This is a grade 1 Scrabble on the north side of kinder. This involves some use of hands to climb over boulders and is in a brook so may be wet.

Public transport or car sharing options:
No bus, so please try and arrange car share as limited parking. Walk leader can pick up to 3 people from Waitrose car park ///level.pushes.scans at 09:00 please arrange via chat.

Be prepared:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year. A waterproof is always advised, as well as plenty of food and water. Please bring sun protection if required (sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream etc).
