Full description:
The autumn edition of the drawing walk, this time with a more architectural theme as we make our way round the Chatsworth Estate and enjoy the buildings and views.
We’ll stop 4 or 5 times during the walk to draw, so bring a sketchbook or a scrap of paper, and something to sit on, and we’ll have a nice time. We’ll finish up in a pub and put everyone’s drawings out.
You don’t have to draw, you can just come along and enjoy the view!
Public transport or car sharing options:
218 bus from Sheffield Interchange leaves at 9:50 and arrives in Baslow at 10:28. Regular buses back. If you can offer a lift, use the comments on Meetup to arrange.
Be prepared:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year, with enough layers, sun protection if required, a waterproof, and food and water. Further information on what to bring can be found on our website here: https://www.sheffieldwalkinggroup.org.uk/be-prepared
Sign-up:
Sign-up for this walk opens 5 days before the event. If you sign up and can no longer make it, please be respectful of others and remove yourself from the event so that others can take your place. We request you do this ***NO LATER THAN 6pm*** the night before the walk.
