Full description: Leaving Baslow, we walk along the river Derwent towards Grindleford. At Grindleford we climb up to the gritstone edge, pausing at either a scenic viewpoint or Grouse inn for lunch then returning along the Frogatt and Curbar Edges back to Baslow. Mixed terrain with a sharp ascent mid walk and sharp decent towards the end.
This will be a fast-paced walk (requiring a good level of fitness). This will be a muddy or boggy walk (requiring sturdy walking boots),
Public transport or car sharing options: Car parking at Baslow Nether End Car Park or 272 bus leaving 09:40 from Sheffield Bus Station.

Sign-up for this walk opens 5 days before the event. If you sign up and can no longer make it, please be respectful of others and remove yourself from the event so that others can take your place. We request you do this ***NO LATER THAN 6pm*** the night before the walk.
