Full description:
A short but steep walk on the edge of Lodge Moor with lots of views over the upper Rivelin Valley. Come and explore Blackbrook Wood, cross the stepping stones over the Rivelin, then enjoy views over the valley from Fox Hagg and climb the beautiful babbling Wyming Brook before returning along the top, with an option to divert to the Three Merry Lads or The Sportsman before returning home.

Public transport or car sharing options:
Catch the number 51 bus leaving Arundel Gate at 17:47. We will wait if the bus is late, but can't wait if you miss the bus. Return buses run every 30-60 minutes all evening. The end is just a few hundred metres from the start if you want to make it a circular walk.

Be prepared:

Sign-up for this walk opens 5 days before the event. If you sign up and can no longer make it, please be respectful of others and remove yourself from the event so that others can take your place. We request you do this ***NO LATER THAN 6pm*** the night before the walk.
