From Baslow we head up-river to Calver, then over the Low to Coombs Dale. We then make an ironically smooth assent up Rough Side. Then we take Black Harry Lane to EYAM for lunch. There may be opportunity to purchase hot drinks if we are on track for 16:30 finish. Then there is a rough-on-the-legs assent from Eyam to Sir William Hill. After placing a ACCA on the rugby, we will cross over Eyam Moor to Hathersage. For here you can take the bus/ train home or stay for pie and pint while watching the game.

Public transport or car sharing options: Linear walk.
Take the 218 Sheffield interchange 09:40 to Baslow 10:20 (note this is not the usual stop).
Return from Hathersage by any of the regular trains and buses.

Everyone is welcome to join us on our walks, there is no need to contact us in advance, and as long as you have a place on our Meetup booking system you can just show up. Non-members can come on up to 3 walks before joining the group. After 3 walks, we require you to sign up as a Ramblers member for insurance purposes.
