Full description:
Making the most of the last of the evening sun a short circular from fox house to Higger Tor and Owler Tor with views towards the hope valley and setting sun. Route is on rough moorland paths and tracks with some rocky steps where hands might be required. Footwear with good grip essential bring layers as temperature will drop throughout walk. The sun sets at 20:20 so bring a head torch along just incase.
Public transport or car sharing options:
17:45 272 bus from Sheffield interchange the return bus is not till 23:00 from Fox House (check times before travel). Post car sharing offers and requests in the meet up chat.
Be prepared:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year. A waterproof is always advised, as well as plenty of food and water. Please bring sun protection if required (sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream etc). Further information on what to bring can be
