Full description: Stroll through Chatsworth parking taking in Stand wood and the Hunting Tower with its views over the estate. The Emperor lake and queen Mary’s Bower and looping back along the sides of the rive Derwent. There are some steep ascents and descents into Stand Wood and we will be walking on a mix of grass paths and rocky tracks. Bring everything you need for a full day out including food, drink and clothing for whatever the weather has in store
Public transport or car sharing options: 218 Bus from Sheffield gets to Baslow for walk start (check times before travelling). Post car sharing offers and requests on the meet up chat. Pay and Display parking available in Baslow
