- HS Leaders Community Gathering - How to manage conflict as an HSP
Next Community gathering on our live event line-up:
“How to manage conflict as an HSP”
Important note: Please think and decide to commit before you sign up. If your plans change, let us know. As much as I want this event to be accessible and flexible, I also want to create a culture of empowerment for HSPs, and this involves showing up and committing to our growth.
If you sign up and don't show up without changing your RSVP twice, you won't be able to access the next few events. This is also to ensure that everyone who is on the waitlist has a chance to attend. Thank you!
As HSPs, it can be difficult to navigate the ups and downs of human relationships. The emotionally charged conversations we sometimes have to have with others can affect us deeply and leave us worried and anxious. We might sometimes even avoid them altogether for fear of damaging the relationship or being judged negatively by others.
This session will give you some invaluable tools to start approaching these “courageous” conversations (as I call them) in a calm and consistent way, with great clarity of mind and the ability to manage reactions – yours and that of others.
Quick overview:
✅ Settling down breathing sequence
✅ Reframing our vocabulary: courage and emotional charge
✅ Overcoming your fear of conflict
✅ Practical tools to lead effective courageous conversationsAs always, I look forward to welcoming you in this transformative space.
Have a wonderful day.

- How to manage comparison and criticism as highly sensitive leaders

As highly sensitive people, we spend a lot of time comparing ourselves to others and receiving feedback in a way that:
- Doesn’t serve us
- Makes us feel small and wanting to shrink rather than expand our voice, confidence and power
Does that feel familiar? It certainly feels familiar to me - it isn't nice and makes us go backwards rather than forward.
But let's be honest, stopping the comparison altogether is not an option, especially when you are highly sensitive and constantly tune into other people's world.
What we want to do is turn this act of comparing into a constructive, positive experience which will keep you emotionally regulated and able to stay confident and powerful.
We want to be able to receive feedback and thrive from it, in our own way and at our own pace.
This session will give you the knowledge and tools to turn these moments where you feel “less than” and upset into an empowering experience.
Quick overview:
✅ Settling down breathing sequence
✅ From small and “less than” to inspiring and expansive – a 3-step process
✅ How to receive feedback as an HSP
✅ Apply these tools to your context and discussionAs always, I look forward to welcoming you in this transformative space.
Have a wonderful day.
