A day out at the coast — something a bit different. I haven’t been to Cleethorpes since I was a child, so I’m not quite sure what to expect, but it should be a nice, flat coastal walk.
We’ll start by leaving Cleethorpes town centre along the seafront, passing the amusements, beach, and promenade. Eventually, we’ll reach Tetney Haven, which looks like a lovely marshland area with views out to sea. From there, we’ll do a short circular loop around North Cotes Point, then head slightly inland along the Greenwich Meridian Trail before making our way back to Cleethorpes.
Once back, we can relax on the beach or grab some chips before catching the train home.
