Looking for a fun way to stay active, meet new people and enjoy some volleyball? Join She Gathers x Beach and Fun Volleyball – Beginners for a women-only evening in Zurich! 🙌
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have played before, you’re welcome! No pressure, no competition – just good vibes, friendly matches, new connections and plenty of laughs. 😊
The evening is all about bringing women together, making new friends and enjoying a fun after-work activity. You can join us for drinks, volleyball, or both!

Let’s start the evening with a relaxed drink! It’s a lovely opportunity to unwind after work, get to know each other and meet some new faces before heading to the volleyball court.

🏐 20:00–22:00 | Let’s Play Volleyball!
Time to hit the court! We’ll play friendly matches, practice some basic techniques if needed and, most importantly, have fun together.

💰 Price: The volleyball session is free! However, there’s a CHF 8.– entrance fee to access the Hallenbad.
🎒 What to Bring
- A water bottle
- Indoor sports shoes (no black or dark soles that leave marks)
- Knee pads (optional but recommended)
📌 A Few Ground Rules
- Women only: This event is exclusively for women.
- Beginner-friendly: No previous volleyball experience is required.
- Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it, so someone else can take your spot.
- Waiting list: Turn on your Meetup notifications to stay updated if a spot becomes available.
- No-shows: Participants who don’t show up without cancelling may be excluded from future events.
📍 How to Find the Volleyball Court
- Enter the swimming pool building (Hallenbad).
- Pay the CHF 8.– entrance fee at reception.
- Go upstairs to the changing rooms.
- Walk through the changing room area. At the end, you’ll find a door leading to the stairs to the sports hall.
- If you’re unsure, just ask at reception!
You can get changed in the changing rooms and store your belongings in a locker (CHF 5.–).
