Sheltie Exploration @ Theodore "Sheltievelt" Island

For our March meetup the Shelties will investigate Theodore Sheltievelt -er- Roosevelt Island, DC. This 88 acre island is connected to the mainland by a footbridge on the Virginia side. We plan to meet by this bridge at 11am and proceed to explore the network of trails and memorial site thereafter. This will be an on-leash event.

Like all of our events this is pending good weather that it's not too hot for our thick furred friends, so fingers crossed!
