Seven Bends Trail Work Day: Final Touches Before the Ribbon Cutting
Details
Join the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition at Seven Bends State Park as we put the final touches on the new River to Ridgetop trail connection before the 2:00 PM ribbon cutting.
We’ll meet at 10:00 AM for a volunteer trail work day focused on finishing details on the new trail. This is a great chance to see the project up close, lend a hand, and help prepare the trail for its official opening later that afternoon.
Date: Saturday, June 6
Time: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Parking: Riverbend Rise Trailhead
Ribbon Cutting: 2:00 PM at the Lupton Pavilion, in front of the barn
Please bring water, sturdy shoes, work gloves if you have them, and clothes you do not mind getting dirty. No trail work experience is required.
Please sign up here so we know who to expect:
After trail work, stick around for the 2:00 PM River to Ridgetop ribbon cutting as we celebrate this new connection from Seven Bends State Park toward Massanutten Mountain and the George Washington National Forest.
