Duncan Knob circuit plus Strickler Knob spur

I would like to try this one again and do both knobs.

This hike is around 10 miles in length. We will hike to Duncan Knob and Strickler Knob. Strickler Knob is considered by many to have the best view in the Shenandoah region.

Take Interstate 81 to New Market exit. Go to the East towards downtown New Market. Take a left onto Main Street (North). Take a right at next light onto Route 211. Go to the top of the mountain. Left onto Crisman Hollow Road. Follow Crisman Hollow Road to top of ridge and then road will continue down for a few miles. Parking lot is on the right side of road and is well marked with Scothorn Sign.
