Seeing Trails in the Dark of Morn: Headlamp Hiking

Delighted to see this XC skiing group is taking off, and Dec 1 organizing event is too long to wait. I imagine that we will be out on the Sherborn trails often this winter in the dark of morning or evening, so why not check out a few of them before the snow flies? Probably easier to discern the trail in the dark before it's snow covered

This first hike will depart 6am from the parking lot trail head for the Bay Circuit Trail. Meet at the trailhead parking lot on the West side of N. Main St, between #61 and #83. Unfortunately, there isn't a sign showing that it's "trailhead parking", but you will see some logs on the ground and peculiar people milling about with headlamps on.

BRING A HEADLAMP! Half an hour in, half an hour back. Commuters, you're free to head into Beantown by 7am. If it's cold, we go, if it's misty damp, we go, if it's pouring we stay home. My wife Dina (who doesn't ski) will be joining us for this one. Who's coming?
