The hidden cost of being the one who changes everything
This role you’re in? It’s heavier than most people admit.
Trying to break patterns you didn’t create.
Trying to stay steady and honour yourself in ways that were never modeled for you.
Trying to raise kids in a world that already feels like a lot… while carrying your own history at the same time.
I work as a trauma-trained embodiment coach, a direct result of burning myself out trying to do this “right.”
Trying to be more patient, more aware, more regulated… especially for my kids.
Trying to hold everything together… because it feels like it’s all on me.
And then still having those moments where I react or shut down and think,
What is wrong with me? I know better than this.
In this conversation, we'll discuss how this isn’t a mindset problem, nor is it about perfection or working harder.
You can have all the awareness in the world, but if your system doesn’t have the capacity to hold you in those moments, it will take over. And it’s fast.
We’re going to unpack how the past is still showing up in your body in real time, why some days you feel grounded and clear…and other days it’s like everything you “know” just disappears when it matters most.
And we'll experiencce what actually starts to shift when you build the kind of internal capacity that lets you stay with yourself, even in the hard moments.
If you’re carrying the weight of trying to do things differently and you're ready to feel a little more steady, a little less reactive, and a lot more able to trust how you show up in your life, then this conversation is for you.
