Breathwork is the seed of longevity and the foundation to elevate our consciousness. Our ancestors used breathwork to activate Mer-Ka-Ba, which is the light body vehicle for multidimensional travels. In this workshop, you will learn and discover how the ancient advanced civilizations such as Atlantis used the living energy field of the universe to connect the human mind with the Holy Spirit to elevate the consciousness, activate the light body and raise the vibration for ascension. You will also learn different breathwork practices to boost your health in every way. Let’s break it down:

Dive into the sacred practices of breathwork from ancient Ayurveda and Eastern cultures thousands of years ago and how to unitize it to enhance our longevity and strengthen our life force.

Discover ancient breathwork practices that combine with sacred geometry and mudras to unite the Source of creation with our mind and spirit to activate the kundalini energy, sharpen intuition, and increase lucid dream and astral travel abilities.

Master unique breathwork practices combining with the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that combines Qi with meridians to boost gut health, improve mental health, relieve insomnia, enhance life force and slow down aging.
