Altamonte Springs Walking Group

There's nothing we love more than a nice walk to start the day/weekend. Who better to do it with than others trying to Make Shift Happen in their lives while juggling kids, work, soccer practice, hobbies and such.
Come out and meet other Shift Heads.

Spouses, kiddos, pets, and/or friends are welcome to join in on the activity.

We will meet in the parking lot of Sanlando Park at 7:50 am and will start our walk at 8am sharp.
