Join Rodney O’Sullivan as you learn how to understand, redefine, and master stress — so you can perform at your best without burning out. Each week blends science, strategy, and self-awareness to help you:
• Recognize how stress affects your body and performance
• Build a calm and quiet mind through breath and awareness
• Create long-term systems to increase stress capacity.

Sessions run twice a week for four weeks (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Designed for professionals, those getting after it, and anyone who wants to thrive under pressure, not be ruled by it.
