静寂 -Shijima- は、長野県を拠点に活動するサウナコミュニティです。
県内にお住まいの方はもちろん、県外・海外から訪れる方も大歓迎です。
サウナ歴は問いません。
「今日初めてサウナに入った」という初心者から、「悟りを開いた」と言われるようなベテランサウナーまで、誰でも参加できます。
私たちは長野県内外のさまざまなサウナ施設を訪れ、新しいサウナとの出会いや、サウナ文化を楽しんでいます。
また、施設に集まるだけでなく、サウナについて語り合うオンラインミーティングも開催しています。
コミュニティ内での基本的なコミュニケーションは日本語で行いますが、重要なお知らせやイベント案内は英語も併記します。そのため、日本語を学びたい海外メンバーも安心してご参加いただけます。

Shinshu Sauna Community “Shijima”
Connecting people through sauna.
Shijima is a sauna community based in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
We welcome everyone—from local residents to visitors from other prefectures and countries. Whether you live in Japan or are simply traveling through Nagano, you’re invited to join us.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been enjoying saunas for half a day or have reached “sauna enlightenment.” Beginners and experienced sauna enthusiasts are equally welcome.
Our activities include exploring a wide variety of saunas across Nagano and beyond, sharing recommendations, and enjoying the sauna culture together. We also host online meetings where members can discuss everything related to saunas.
Most communication within the community is conducted in Japanese. However, important announcements and event information are also provided in English so that international members can easily stay informed.
