Shima Azee’ Gatherings- Light Circle: For Women whom experienced sexual trauma

Light Circle is a supportive gathering for women seeking healing from the impact of sexual trauma, whether recent or long past. This space is designed to meet you where you are, with care, choice, and compassion.

Join Kristen Hogan, speaker and author, and Kimiko Castle, LMFT, for a session centered on connection, grounding, and belonging. Our time together will include optional sharing, gentle breathwork with meditation and written reflection — offering space for both expression and quiet integration.
Kristen Hogan is a speaker and author with over ten years of experience working directly with survivors in the mental health and trauma field. Kimiko Castle is trained in somatic breathwork and is a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting clients who have experienced sexual trauma in both treatment centers and private practice.

As facilitators and as survivors themselves, Kristen and Kimiko bring lived experience, grounded presence, and deep compassion to this space. They will share portions of their own stories and gently invite participants into a space of connection and healing.
