Get ready to shake, smile, and sweat! ShimmyFit™ combines bellydance moves, Bollywood flair, and feminine energy into a cardio-based workout that tones your core, strengthens your posture, and boosts your mood. Each session blends elegant dance movements with easy-to-follow routines designed for all levels — no dance experience needed!
#### 💃 What to Expect
- Warm-up with flowing arm and hip movements
- Cardio dance segments with shimmies, isolations, and spins
- Short choreographed combinations to upbeat world music
- Cool-down with stretching and relaxation
#### 🎒 What to Bring
- Comfortable workout clothes (leggings, tank top, or dancewear)
- Bare feet, dance slippers, or flexible shoes
- Water bottle and towel
- Optional: hip scarf or coin belt for extra fun!
