Join us every Wednesday evening 6:30 p.m. at All About Dance for UPLIFT with Tasha, a full body strength fitness and toning workout. This is primarily a standing strength workout using hand weights, resistance bands, a ball, and ending with a transition to floor/mat work to target upper and lower body all while jamming out to iconic music. UPLIFT meets YOU wherever you are in your fitness journey. No experience is necessary. Let's come together to challenge, cheer, UPLIFT our spirits and each other!
