Rise and SHINE: Freedom Movement, Ecstatic Dance, Cold Plunge, Sauna, Nature

Celebrate the Shine Sisters' birthday with all of our favorite things… movement, water, nature, and community! Join us at the Yellow Barn Farm for a morning full of Freedom Movement (Shine Living dance, Shine Living Yoga, breathwork, and meditation), a SHINE ecstatic dance session, and sauna/cold plunge - all included.

The Freedom Movement Method, created by Jill and Jessica, combines somatic empowering dance, yoga, breathwork and meditation. Through guided somatic movement, we breakthrough stuck energy and limitations to connect to our true essence.

SHINE Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice that invites you to connect with your body, emotions, and spirit through rhythm, presence, and uninhibited expression.
