Anyone can practice mindfulness meditation. It is easy to get started and offers many benefits. In this, our final session of the Spring Season, we will consider ways of becoming more resilient individuals and learn to weather the storms sure to come our way.
Focus Topics: Who are we as men? Why do we sometimes fail at resiliency? How do we build our skills in this area and become the authentic "real" men we believe we are?

Join us for this discussion for men, by men. Guys talking among ourselves is the only way we will come to understand our place in today's changing world. All points of view are welcome. If you are new, please read the New Members Welcome on the website.
