Is this is positive formular for life? You have no regrets, never made a serious mistake, or never had an outstanding accomplishment. Most men report significant self-criticism about some aspect of themselves. Others cannot seem to give themselves credit for accomplishments.

In this session, we will try to tease apart what is going on with our self-critics. Whatever your challenges, you can be sure that many of your peers have gone through similar experiences.

Join us! If you are in the area and would like to meet a group of guys in person to chat, come and join us. We meet at a church in Rockville, Maryland. But we are not a religious group. Our conversations are confidential and respectful. All points of view are welcome!
