For anyone who prefers to meet in person, this series is for you.
Anyone can practice mindfulness meditation. It is easy to get started and offers many benefits. Expect the first half hour to consist of discussion of mindfulness techniques and meditation practice. For the remainder of the meeting, we will welcome introductions and discussion of your experiences.
Focus Topics: Who are we as men? What are our biological traits? How does society and cultural conditioning impact how we perceive ourselves? Do we "perform" as we believe we should? Are we authentic "real" men?
Want to bring a friend? Certainly, bring him along!
Join us for this discussion for men, by men. Guys talking among ourselves is the only way we will come to understand our place in today's changing world. All points of view are welcome. Mindfulness will help us work together. If you are new, please read the New Members Welcome on the website.
