Michal Koláček (Analytics Engineering Lead, Slido)
Michal is passionate about all things data: from its collection and processing, through analytics and visualization, to automation and its societal impact. He currently works at Slido, where he empowers the team with clean data and knowledge on how to use it effectively. Whenever possible, he loves to share his expertise – through teaching in schools, mentoring fellow data professionals, or contributing to community projects.

Tomáš Gatial (Senior Data Engineer, Similarweb)
Tomas is a Senior Data Engineer at Similarweb, where he focuses on building scalable systems and optimizing data incubation workflows. With a background in Software Engineering and User Experience Design, he combines technical expertise with a user-centered approach to develop data-driven solutions that are both functional and intuitive. Outside of work, Tomas enjoys experimenting with home automation, cycling and traveling —all while navigating the joys of raising two young children.

Michal Volešíni (Data Platform Engineer, ShipMonk)
Michal is currently working at Shipmonk as a Data Platform Engineer, specializing in implementing dbt, Airflow, and follow FinOps principles to develop manageable and scalable data pipelines. After collaborating with leading financial institutions across Europe, Michal recently returned back to Czechia to further his contributions to the field. Outside of work, Michal enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cuisines, with a particular love for Italian food.
