Founding the Shire Harvest Festival! Planning Council meeting All welcome!

I’m gathering people interested in helping plan a Shire-style Harvest Festival, music, good food, handmade crafts, lantern light, and that cozy Lord of the Rings feeling of coming home before heading back out on the road.
This is a planning council meeting, not the festival itself. The goal is to shape the vision, scale, and spirit of a founding year Harvest Festival, and to begin forming a council of people who want to help build it together.
If you enjoy Tolkien, folk festivals, music, or being part of a creative team from the beginning, you’re very welcome. If enough people are interested we will meet weekly or bi-weekly. Also it says 10 people limit but anyone is welcome beyond that!
