Welcome to Sh*t at Soccer
We're a weekly meetup and social group for women and nonbinary folks who have almost no soccer skills... and are proud of it.
We meet up most Fridays at Judkins Park, Seattle from 6-8pm to play casual pickup games. We also host other one-off events including volunteering at Reign games, picnics, etc.
We're an intentionally queer group - You absolutely don't have to be queer to attend, but 80%+ of the regulars are queer folks and the founder/host Ellie is an out nonbinary lesbian.
We don't run drills or keep score, and we cheer just as much for the hilariously bad shots as a perfect goal. Our Friday meetups are ALWAYS FREE. You don't need to be in shape or have any gear to attend. Parking is also free and very available. So basically you have no excuse NOT to come ;)

If you've ever thought, "I'm terrible at soccer but it sounds like fun" or "I can't do a full league, but I miss playing" — you are our people. 🫶

We're headed to Lumen Field for the Reign Pride Game, and we’d love to see your beautiful queer faces there. This is a special outing with the Seattle Reign, who reached out to invite us to take over a chunk of the 100 section for their Pride match. Our tickets are discounted to $27 (+ fees), and we’ve got a private link that automatically sits all of us together.
✨ Unlike our usual Friday practices, this one’s open to everyone - your girlfriend, that one cool coworker, your bestie from dodgeball, or even your ally cousin. You don't have to be a member of this group to join us, you just have to be good company! Feel free to share the ticket link in your group chat and bring your people! ✨
Also, they might be putting our name on the jumbotron. Unlikely we'll get them to put "Shit at Soccer" up there, so we're aiming for "Happy Pride from SAS" :)

- Sh*t at Soccer tries Footgolf ⛳⚽️🏌️♀️4101 Beacon Ave S, Seattle, WA
We're branching out from the pitch and into the fairway to try FootGolf—aka kicking soccer balls into giant golf holes on an actual golf course. It's weird, it sounds hilarious, and I want to try it.
Expect a group of mostly queer women and nonbinary folks having fun, chatting, and being bad at a new sport. As always, cis and straight women are also welcome and invited. Let's kick some balls into some unnecessarily large holes.
