Welcome to Sh*t at Soccer
We're a weekly meetup and social group for women and nonbinary folks who have almost no soccer skills... and are proud of it.
We meet up most Fridays at Judkins Park, Seattle from 6-8pm to play casual pickup games. We also host other one-off events including volunteering at Reign games, picnics, etc.
We're an intentionally queer group - You absolutely don't have to be queer to attend, but 80%+ of the regulars are queer folks and the founder/host Ellie is an out nonbinary lesbian.
We don't run drills or keep score, and we cheer just as much for the hilariously bad shots as a perfect goal. Our Friday meetups are ALWAYS FREE. You don't need to be in shape or have any gear to attend. Parking is also free and very available. So basically you have no excuse NOT to come ;)
Rules:
- Be shit at soccer or bring your "shit-at-soccer" energy

If you've ever thought, "I'm terrible at soccer but it sounds like fun" or "I can't do a full league, but I miss playing" — you are our people. 🫶

Join us this Sunday for Sh*t at Pottery Painting!!!
Our Whatsapp GC picked this as our next thing to be bad at. Come join queer women and nonbinary folks as we embark on being bad at a new thing (allies also welcome).
Select your pottery piece to paint (glaze), paint that bad boy, and then pick up your new mug/planter/monstrosity when it's finished. You can pick any piece, but we only get our $50 deposit back if we spend about $15 per person.
Meeting at Paint the Town in University Village. There's parking but it may be crowded as weekends get busy.
We've got the back room reserved so spots are limited due to space capacity but we should be away from any (wonderful, lovely, adorable) screaming children. It's a paid event to help make sure people sign up who will Actually Come as space is limited - and to fundraise for future events! The $5 for this event will NOT go towards your pottery piece.
