Hi!
I have a weekly workout routine that I think would be more fun with others!
We will be rotating through different sets of strength training excersizes. Bring a mat and a few handweights if you have them.
I have a few that I like to do that don't need much equipment. I'm open to ideas if you know some, lets explore together and see what works best!

Note: Sadly, I am very sensitive to the scent of many sunscreens, Id appreciate it very much if you wear it, to wear the "unscented" kind.
Ill also have some on hand to share!
