Cityscape and Nature Photography at Tommy Thompson Park

Come out and explore Tommy Thompson Park and get your dose of nature and cityscape photography, while also hitting your step goal... for the entire week.

Tommy Thompson Park offers a great mix of both nature and urban city views, including an abandoned lighthouse at the very end, creating lots of unique photo opportunities for everyone to capture. We should reach the lighthouse in time to catch the sunset, offering some great shots of the city as well.

Please note that from the entrance to the lighthouse is 5 km, meaning it'll be a 10 km walk total. Bring water, snacks, and some comfortable shoes!

We will meet by the Tommy Thompson Park Pavilion at 6:00 PM. Here is the exact path we will take in case you want to break out into smaller groups or go at your own pace:
