Shoot Vienna: Schönbrunn Palace

I'm hosting a street photography workshop in the grounds of one of Vienna's most popular hotspots: Schönbrunn Palace.

The workshop features an introductory presentation on street photography of approx. 20mins, along with tips along the way from a photographer featured by The Guardian, BBC and Time Out.

We'll start at the Hietzing entrance to the grounds, and follow a route which gives views of the palace itself, beautiful gardens, the stunning 19th century greenhouse the 'Palmenhaus', the Italian-style terrace Café Gloriette at the top of the hill, and end at the Christmas Market, where attendees can then decide whether to stay and buy a festive Glühwein and have a post-workshop chat.

As the palace gardens are on a hill, please be prepared for a relatively steep walk at times.

All are welcome - whether you're a tourist or a local.

All events take place in English.

To bring with you on the day:

• Mobile phone (to contact me if you get lost!)
• Warm clothing and comfortable shoes
• 50 cent coins may be required for use of the toilets
• Any kind of camera as long as you know how to use it (it’s not a workshop on how to use a camera): digital, analogue, mobile phone
