The Shoreline Atheists, Agnostics and Humanists Meetup once a month on the first Sunday at 11:45 a.m. in the "Dome" at the Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Church, 14724 1st Ave. NE, Shoreline, WA. The purpose of the meetup is a community conversation about topics of interest to those with an Atheist, Agnostic or Humanist worldview. No particular set of beliefs is required or expected other than mutual respect (criticize the idea, not the person).
If you show up 15 minutes early there is coffee and tea available. Don't worry about the signups on this platform, this in a group that that has been meeting for several years and there will be people present. (excluding snow events or something like that)
At the meeting on Sunday, September 7, 2025, Professor Mark Smith, will introduce and facilitate a discussion on the historical use of fantasy magic, entities such as angels and other supernatural entities or processes in religious storytelling.
