What we're about

The Shoreline Mood Disorders Peer Support Group is dedicated to the support of persons with mood disorders in our community. A mood disorder is a psychological disorder characterized by the elevation or lowering of a person's mood, such as depression or bipolar. The group is for individuals 18 and over.

• We endeavor to listen to each other, share experiences, educate and suggest resources.

• Our members are required to be under the care of a mental health professional's as this group is not intended to be a replacement for therapy or medication. This group is a supplemental resource to your mental healthcare.

• The success of our group is dependent upon the respect of everyone's privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Anything you say in here stays in here. Violation of this rule will result in removal of your membership from the group.

Our group meets every Monday night from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
