Join us for a unique 14-mile+ Island Hopping Stroll starting in Roosevelt Island, Manhattan, Randalls/Wards Island and finishing in Queens. A great way to explore parts of NYC most people never fully connect in one trip
🚶♂️ 14-Mile Island Hopping Stroll Overview
📍 Start Point
- Roosevelt Island Station
- Meet at West Rd
- 9:30 AM meet | 9:45 AM sharp departure

🗺️ Route Highlights
1. Roosevelt Island Loop
- Walk north to Lighthouse Park
- Head south to Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park
- This section is scenic, flat, and a nice warm-up
2. Lunch Stop 🍴
- The Café at Cornell Tech
- Food available, but bringing snacks is still smart
3. Tram to Manhattan 🚡
- Roosevelt Island Tramway
- Costs the same as a subway ride (OMNY/MetroCard)
4. Manhattan → Randalls/Wards Island
- Walk north to the Ward's Island Bridge
- Cross into the island park system
5. Randalls/Wards Island Loop 🌿
- Trails, waterfront paths, and nature spots like:
- Little Hell Gate Salt Marsh
- Bronx Kill waterfront views
- This is the most “nature-heavy” part
6. Finish in Queens
- Cross via RFK Bridge pedestrian path
- End at Astoria Boulevard Station (N/W trains)

- Dropout points: available if you need to exit early
