This is not THE Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte Theater; rather, it's NY Classical Theater at Central Park West & 103rd Street. During the production of "Julius Caesar" the audience follows the play from scene to scene. There is a shoreline (pond) and walking involved, therefore this qualifies as a Shorewalkers' event!

The play starts at 7 pm, allowing us time to picnic before the show begins.

MEET: 5:45 pm on the park side of 93rd & Central Park West. Take the 1/2/3/ or B/C to 96th Street. Arrive early if you plan to use the restrooms located 5 min. down the path at the Tennis Center. At 6 pm, we walk up to the 103rd Street entrance of the park. If you are running late, meet us on the lawn as you enter.

Bring: Travel light, as you'll be carrying whatever you bring with you as we move multiple times throughout the evening. A cloth to sit on or a low chair (seat not higher than 12" off the ground). Food for a picnic. Bug spray.

COST: The play is free, donation optional at the link or basket passed at the end of the production.
