Wall Street to Rockaway Ferry through Jamaica Bay, 4-5 miles

Please join us in celebrating the Jamaica Bay Festival and the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy by participating in this event.
We'll meet at 9:20am at the Pier 11, Wall Street NYC Ferry slip for the 10am Ferry to Rockaway, which travels through Jamaica Bay, arriving in Rockaway at 11am. We'll walk east on the Boardwalk to 90th Street where we will eat lunch. Bring your own or purchase at various food kiosks there.
Weather permitting we may stop for a swim in the Atlantic. We might also continue walking untill we return to the NYC Rockaway Ferry slip at around 2-3 pm, depending on how we are feeling.
Bring lunch, snacks, plenty of water, sunscreen, hat, swim gear, towel, etc.
