Seaton Trail (Forestream) to Whiteville - 10km/2hrs/Medium Pace

10km in/out hike, some small hills/stairs, mostly forested, established trail. Pace summer speed, stopping for hydration, we'll stay together.

Need good hikers with tread. Bring minimum 1L water, around 23C. I'll have bug spray if we need it. Dress for the conditions. We leave on time, arrive a little early to get ready.
