Hey everyone! Christmas is around the corner, with a lot of socializing, eating, drinking, etc. For the next 4 weeks, I will organize a GET IN SHAPE hike called "FITin4". We will commit to hike at a continuous moderate-brisk pace. I will teach you how to jump-start your metabolism. It's easy to learn for those who want to learn.
Let's commit to do our 4-week, every Wednesday at 4 p.m. hike!!

Bring water to keep hydrated! Wear proper hiking shoes. There are some good hills!
