Birkdale Ravine Walk

We'll be walking on the paved path of the Birkdale trail, passing through Thompson park and into the West Highland Creek. We'll walk a distance of ~7.7 km which we will be able to cover in about 1.75 hours, speed will be dependent on weather conditions.

Dress in your most outlandish Christmas garb, making sure to dress warm enough for the weather. Crampons might be necessary, so please have them on hand.

After the hike we'll go for coffee, details to come (PM me any suggestions of a place in the Brimley and Ellesmere area other than Tim's, McDs, or Starbucks).

Our group will leave at the posted time, so please arrive early. Please cancel your RSVP if you can't make it. If you are late or only want to do the latter half of the walk you can meet the group at the parking lot of Colonel Danforth which is along our path.

Bring water and wear footwear comfortable for walking.

We'll probably go for coffee afterwards, depending on interest. Krispy Kreme 4411 Kingston Rd
