Yoga Roads LLC welcomes Kellie Bogda, Usui Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healing Love in Whispers, for a Live Chakra Sound Bath along with Yoly Baker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Breathing Coach, Usui Reiki Master – to guide you into a state of relaxation and energetic balance using vibrations of sounds.

Nervous System Nirvana as a title captures an explanation of the immersive sound-based experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. This session blends education, gentle participation, and restorative sound therapy to create a calming and informative wellness experience.

The night begins with a brief sound demonstration, introducing participants to quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and cymbals. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe and explore how these instruments are used to create therapeutic sound and vibration.

Following the demonstration, participants are guided into a live Chakra Sound Bath, where layered tones and resonant frequencies create an immersive sound environment that helps quiet the mind and encourage a restorative state. Guided relaxation supports the body’s natural ability to shift from stress toward balance and ease. The experience also includes gentle vagal (vagus nerve–related) sounds using tuning forks, offering focused vibrational support intended to promote calm, clarity, and nervous system balance.
