Harold Class
What is Harold? This long form improvisational format consists of a series of scenes and games that are interconnected, usually starting with an opening that inspires subsequent scenes. It emphasizes thematic exploration and ensemble work.

Short Round Improv (@shortroundimprov) is hosting a Harold class at Miami Street Players, led by former iO Chicago Harold cast member Steph Perez (@dalestefunny).
This class will help improvisers elevate their skills by deepening their understanding of scene structure and enhance ensemble performance.

Who is Steph?
Steph Perez isn’t just funny—she’s Miami-born and improv-trained. With over a decade of experience and training from comedy powerhouses like ComedySportz, The Second City, and iO Chicago, Steph knows how to teach improv in a way that’s approachable, exciting, and, above all, fun. Plus, she’s passionate about helping students find their confidence and creativity, no matter where they’re starting from.
