Beach hike in the Netherlands

Dear Friends,
let's benefit from the sunny weather on the 1st of May to go on a 22.5 km circular hike through the unique coastal landscapes of Zeeland (the Netherlands).
The hike will start from the Cadzand beach, where the vast expanse of sand meets the ever-changing North Sea. Leaving the beach, we will enter the drowned polders-landscapes and the water dunes, shaped by centuries of interplay between land and sea. The water dunes, with their undulating forms and rich biodiversity, offer a beautiful contrast to the open beach. It is also a great place for bird-watching.

We start the hike at 10:30 from the parking lot in Zwartepolderweg 1, 4506 HT Cadzand. Should this car park be full, alternative parking options are available nearby. Please note that the estimated pure walking time is 5 to 6 hours, so a certain level of fitness is needed to be able to enjoy the experience.
