Pints & Poses

I (Penny) will be leading a 45-minute multi-levels yoga class upstairs in the banquet hall at Lafayette Brewing Co.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

BYOM (Bring Yiur Own Mat)

Cost is $15 and includes the 45-minute yoga practice and a pint of beer afterwards. (For full transparency, I will be paid for leading this event.)
