Details
I (Penny) will be leading a 45-minute multi-levels yoga class at Capo wine Bar.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)
Cost is $15 and includes the 45-minute yoga practice and a glass of select wines (or beer) afterwards. Snacks and additional beverages are available for purchase.
(For full transparency, I will be paid a small fee for leading this event.)

- The event is open to the public so non-SHOT participants will also be there.
