Donation-based Sound Bath

Join Nazli at the St. Andrews by-the-sea church for a deeply restorative and meditative sound bath using crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

Please bring:
Yoga mat to lay on (the church has a few to borrow too!)
Any props that will make laying more comfortable for you
Layers, blanket, socks, etc to get cozy (body temperature drops during sound baths)
Water
Optional: eye pillow, your favorite crystal, journal, etc...

Donations are appreciated, and cash is preferred! Venmo/Zelle is an option too.

*I will be closing the doors by 4:05pm to start, and will not be letting anyone in after we begin our meditation. Thank you for understanding!

All are welcome, bring whoever can use this. I will also be hosting a yoga class at 5:30pm, so you are welcome to stay for that too ◡̈.
