IMPORTANT: all runners must be approved on meetup before coming to Singapore Shufflers training sessions. We will turn away newcomers that have not been approved.

For distance runners looking to include interval training into their programme. Our evening training sessions cater for those that run 5k between 15:00 and 28:00 minutes. Slower runners are, however, more than welcome at East Coast Park, West Coast Park and Bishan parkruns on Saturday mornings. See www.parkrun.sg for details

Due to the popularity of our sessions and limited space on the track, we are only able to take on runners that are regularly competing in running races. Please also note that if you choose to train with us there is an expectation that you will compete for Shufflers and NOT rival groups in local running events (corporate teams being the exception). In fact, if you are already training with another group in Singapore, please do not apply to join our group as we would like the local club scene in Singapore to expand and so have no interest in taking runners away from other groups.

It is also essential that you bring a watch with lap function to every training session so that you can monitor your pace and improvement over time.
